30-day Six Pack Sprint: Day 5

It's Day 5 of the challenge to get a six pack in a month! Today's training will be a full-body high intensity routine followed by a cardio session. If you've been following the diet, your glycogen stores will be pretty low--if you're feeling sluggish, take some BCAAs or sip on whey protein during your workout.
