30-day Six Pack Sprint: Day 3
It's Day 3 of the 30-day Six Pack Challenge and if you've been following the plan so far, your body will be crying for a break, so take the day off and enjoy some time away from the gym. That doesn't mean slack off and eat whatever you want--in fact, it's important to eat less today since you won't burn as much as you did the first 2 days. The menu is just like the first 2 days, 3 meals,... 3 snacks, spaced 3 hours apart.
