I've had very mixed results recovering from Cheat Day based on what I eat. What are some of the foods that other people have found led to unexpectedly high weight gain, water weight retention, etc.? Pizza seems particularly bad.

I just wanted to post that after 2 1/2 months, I hit my goal. I've lost about 5 1/2 lbs an 1 3/4 " from my waist, 1" from my thighs and 1" from my hips. I about about 5' 4 3/4" and weigh about 11.5-112 lbs. Yeah!

I have a limited lunch time (as most people I'm sure). But my problem is that I'm not a morning person and I don't want to create this elaborate lunch in the morning.
