Is this a diet for life? Once you reached your ideal weight do you change anything? For example my wife is Japanese and loves her rice. Would it be ok to add some rice after she has reached her target weitght? I am Swedish and we tend to eat a lot of potatoes so same thing there. Does Tim Ferris plan to live like this ...

So today has been pretty good! I ate breakfast about 710 this morning. I could only eat 2/3 of my breakfast 2 eggs' worth of Egg Beaters plus one whole egg about 1/2 cup wilted spinach plus 1/4 cup black beans all cooked in microwave until "scrambled".
