I added ability to quick-link with @ name and # hashtag, similar functionality they have at twitter. You can now add @ (at) sign in front of any member name e.g. @4hourbod to link to people in your posts. You can also add # (hash) in front of words to link to any tag page e.g.#protein. I have struggled with weight my whole life, but a year and a half ago I decided to make a change. I did a diet that was similar to the slow-carb diet, but it lacked sustainability. I hear Tim Ferris on the Joe Rogan Experience and was instantly blown away by his immense knowledge. I got the book and love the diet so far!

I think it would eliminate a lot of confusion if the whole idea of adding people to teams before their posts are visible were clearly explained before a user starts trying to post; maybe an explanation after they make their Member Intro? Yet some questions are difficult to assign to one of these categories, for example what if you want to optimize your mineral values for good bone health?
