I've had very mixed results recovering from Cheat Day based on what I eat. What are some of the foods that other people have found led to unexpectedly high weight gain, water weight retention, etc.? Pizza seems particularly bad.

Hello, In the first Chapter, under "Rapid Fat Loss" Tim doesn't tell you to read the "Damage Control" chapter. So I thought that there was no need to follow them on my weekly cheat day. Is it really necessary?

I go to them when I need a "filler" food... ya know, something to plump up a meal and make it more hearty while still being "paleo/slow carb". I workout first thing in the AM, or it doesn't happen. Can I wait until my workout (usually 30-45 min) is over to eat, or should I eat first?
