Can someone please post a comprehensive list of exactly what foods are allowed and not allowed on the slow-carb diet? I keep hearing contradicting things and just want a list that I can print out once and for all.

Does anyone know where I can find some yummy lentil recipes that are SCD? Or do you have any yourself. I know they are supposed to be fantastic for weight loss but when I make a bag of the dry ones, I just can't get them down very easily. No matter how many spices I put on them, they're just BLECH. I bought some pea protein for days I just don't have time for breakfast. Pea Protein mixed with water isn't very good. Any ideas on what to add to make it taste a little better? The only suggestion I have seen in coffee, but I don't like cold coffee. Thanks!!

We had a cheap butter stick that says the ingredients are "Cream (Milk), Natural Flavoring" It also says "Not a significant source of trans fat, dietary fiber, sugars, vitamin C, calcium and iron." Is this butter ok to use? If not, do you think I messed up my progress by using it the last 2 days?

On page 96 in "The 4-Hour Body" the book says "Get at least 20 grams of protein per meal" Is this correct? 20 grams is less than one ounce, 1 1/4 tablespoons,. seems like a very small amount.
