Post work out recover drink
Hi all,
I was wondering if there was an approved SCD post workout recovery drink, or a recipe that you all use.

What workout are you doing? If it's a cardio workout targeting 75% of your max heart rate for an hour or less, you don't need a recovery drink and should let your body burn your stored fat. Drink lots of water and eat an egg or some tuna or a steak or chicken breast. Same goes for light resistance training. If you are eating SCD, your body will have plenty of protein and nutrients to handle TIm's SCD workouts.
Now if you are talking about strength or long endurance training, then you may need more than water.

Mon, Wed, Fri, light weights - Kettle Bell in the AM 0500hrs
Insanity work out between 1600 and 1800 hrs.
I drink a lot of water through out the day as is, a little coffee or tea during the meals. I just wanted to make sure I was not hurting my SCD or missing a part of the workout recover. I figured I was fine but wanted the crowd to add there opion.
