What measurements and photos should I take

I have been on the diet now for about 3 weeks and I am down 15lbs. What before pics and measurements should I take in order to plot my progress every 3 weeks? Thanks for the help

I did a full back photo, in addition to the above reply. It's by far the most motivating one, seeing my used-to-be love handles smooth and tone! And, wearing short shorts will help you see change in the thighs.

I've done front and side shots for photos.

I've also been using an app for my iPhone http://itunes.apple.com/ca/app/measurement-tracker/id412823803?mt=8 Measurement Tracker. It's pretty good. Wish it had chest and neck measurements too.

I figure I'd measure at 30 and 60 days, coming up on 60 days for me next week.

I took front, side, and back pictures. Measurements taken neck, r/l biceps, chest, abdomen, hips, l/r thighs. I use an iPhone app called bodyshot, it compares side by side results, works well. Good luck

I took front and side pictures at first, then added back pictures as well. I think it REALLY helps to take pictures regularly starting from the beginning, then you can see the difference as you go further with the lifestyle.
