Hello! I am not drastically overweight, but how my body has changed recently as a result of years of really poor nutrition habits has really start to upset me.
In the past few months, I've had cravings for bread, anything fried and everything sweet, that would result in my going out specifically to get whatever I craved at that moment, no matter the time or factor of convenience.
I don't like to think of this as a diet, but instead a genuine attempt at changing my lifestyle and an effort to not feel dependent on carbohydrates and plain sugar. I'm not doing measurements of any sort, except for using the fit of my clothing and my personal feelings as a guide to success.
