I Love working out espeically doing HIIT or Tabata trainning, and aerobics, i lost 10 kgs by not going to the gym like my other friends, instead i just work out at home

I love the shortened workouts and not needing a bunch of equipment! I can work out in the time it would take me to drive to a gym and back - without even touching on the workout time there!
