I'm an Electrical Engineering PhD student with (fingers crossed) less than a year left in school. My early days of grad school were spent under the tyrannical thumb of, to be blunt, a scourge of humanity. Between eating terrible meals on campus and working from early in the morning to late at night, my weight ballooned and I was in a horrible spot.
For the past few years, however, I've made a lot of changes and have been working towards bettering myself in every way possible. Just about two years ago I took up crossfit and have gotten very involved within our community. My diet has cleaned up, and I'd say my entire outlook and way of life has changed.
That said, even with eating better and regular exercise my body composition has stalled short of where I would like it to be. A long-time friend of mine handed me a copy of 4HB just two days ago and I've already hammered through the entire book and I'm genuinely excited to get started. I guess that's it for now, but here goes!
