Week 3 Results
Well, today ends my 3rd week on the SCD. I must say, I am still extremely pumped about eating this way. The only problem is that I rarely ever get hungry, so I have to force myself to eat!
I started at: 238
Week 1 weight: 229
Week 2 weight: 227
Week 3 weight: 224
I have lost a total of 14 lbs!
I am beyond excited about this.
I have only walked the dog once this week (I am such a bad mom), but plan on walking her several times this week.
When I first told my husband that i was going to try a new way of eating, he just made fun of me and told me I wouldnt stick with it, like everything else I've ever tried. Shakes (Body by Vi is a scam, I'm convinced of it), WW points, portion control, etc. Now, every time I tell him that I lost another pound, he said he found it on him! He is now talking about starting this after seeing how easy it is for me.
Next week, I will do my measurements again to see if I've lost any more inches.
But right now, there is french toast calling my name! So please excuse me.

I always love it when I find people who actually enjoy this new way of eating. And isn't it awesome how easy it actually is AND you get a cheat day? It's like win-win in my opinion! Keep it up! Don't get discouraged, especially when it comes to that time of the month(which likes to stall the progress a bit, but keep on it and it will come off the next week!)
I wish others would see it that way. I got some of my friends interested in it, but all I hear is whining/complaining. It's very disheartening, but I do realize this lifestyle is not for everyone....but it's hard to see myself eating any other way. I'm totally satisfied if I ate this way all the time.
