From Geek to Freak: Final Results
Here's my final results of my 4-week adventures in Geek to Freak-Land. It's been a crazy month of pill-popping, milk guzzling, protein overdosing, and iron-pumping, and loved every moment of it all. Last night, just in time for my 1-month anniversary, I finally was able to my goal: to complete 1 pull-up from a dead hang without cheating--something I've never been able to do before, EVER! I'm stronger and leaner than I've ever been in my entire life. So I'm glad to be able to relax a little, and not measure myself every morning, and most of all, finally have a DRINK!!!
Thanks to all of you who have helped me through this forum. I absolutely love watching all of you guys go through the various phases and get a step closer to reaching your goals. It's not hard if you think of the end result, and always remember to have fun through all the ups and downs.

Total fat loss: 2.5% (2.7lbs)
Total lean mass gain: 5lbs
Total exercise: 5 hours weight training, 3 hours recreational exercise

Somehow I missed is post or maybe it was too much for me at the time, anyway, I want to say that you looked great to begin with, but wow, to create an athletic look & improved posture in that short of time is amazing. My muscles are much more bulky looking, yours are lean. Even w/my bodyfat at 12.8%. I hope Tim uses you as an example in his next edition. I was trying to find your typical SCD but I don't know that you do "typical SCD". There is a lot of debate about cottage cheese. I think it actually helps me & I thought that you were using it too.
- Thanks, I posted a few meal ideas here a while back: http://4hourpeople.com/question/514 It was just 1/4c of cottage cheese--that's only 2g of lactose, so I think it did more good than harm. If you want less muscle mass, you can burn them down w/cardio.
- Thanks, good thought about cardio, haven't done much except walking/racewalking...perhaps I can get back to running & see what happens...I have big thighs. My trainer had me doing clean & jerks at the gym a few weeks ago-I felt I looked too masculine!

Awesome results! The fat loss and muscle gain is very obvious but you can also really notice how much better your posture is.

Insane results in just a month! Your progress is an inspiration to me, as I'm looking to start up again on Occam's Protocol and the G2F programs. Seeing your results makes me want to start up even more
