Time out for a week
I took about a week off, but still had 1 SC meal a day, and no carbs in the evening. Not bingeing, but still eating some easter stuff, cake, chocolate, icecream.. No gain! It looks as if my feeling for portions to be fed have changed. I can have 2 pieces of chocolate and be happy with it.
It gave me a moment to stop all the cooking, kitchen issues.. good.
Today I'm sort of back on the SC, and, haha, had the first day headache again. Dumb.
Back into routine tomorrow and I have the goal of another -10kgs till summer.
