I had monster energy drink for caffeine and glucose on cheat day. Is that ok?

Ultimately I don't think it's a source of caffeine that will speed up you digestion, if that's what you're going for. Yerba Mate and coffee is way better for stuff like that. I just had a couple coffees already today (cheat day) and after a big breakfast out with the boys... BOOM. You get the idea.

As long as that wasn't the only cheats on cheat day, you should be fine. (If that's all you had that was nonSCD, that would be a flag that you are doing too much calorie restriction and afraid to really cheat. But if it's an addition to the other cheat items, absolutely go for it.
