Can you use SCD while 1/2marathon training
I need to loose 15lbs. And was wondering if I am going to have the energy to train for a 1/2 marathon. It's a 12 week training starting this week quite intense looking at a 1:37 time ....my pr from last year was 1:43........I started the diet 4 days ago and have lost 3 lbs.....I have at least 30 grams of protien per meal......was wondering if I should a abit more carbs the program next month goes up to 45 miles per week......look forward to some ideas on this.......
