I add it to coffee daily. I also sprinkle it directly on grapefruits on cheat day. (I eat the grapefruits instead of having the juice). I put it on yogurt. I have a 4hb fat burning spice mix I use in eggs and veggies, of cinnamon, turmeric, ginger and chili powder. Basically, I use it on everything except salads.
I don't think that would taste very good lol

I have tried to cook with it but I haven't had much luck so far (haven't tried really lol)
Also would be good if your dessert included cinnamon (not too hard) but I wouldn't worry about that too much
Oh, and I don't think cinnamon is just for cheat days, I try and use it as much as possible (w/in healthy limits)
