Just an update on my 4HB progess. Back in December I went on an 8 day cruise and gained few pounds. I had been following the 4HB lifestyle for almost a year at that time. Ten pounds doesn't seem like a lot to have to lose, however, those few pounds are difficult to get off. I have been doing kettlebell swings, cat vomits, and myotatic crunches 3 times per week. In addition to some free weight workouts 1-2 times per week.

I leave in 3 weeks for a 5 day cruise, so I am trying to mentally prepare myself for not doing as much damage this trip as the last.
