Any tips or special considerations? I'm a huge Patriots fan, and win or lose in the Superbowl, I will be nervous. This usually makes me want to eat. Is their anything special I need to do to make the cheat day change? Also, I'd like to return to Saturdays as my normal cheat day as soon as possible.
Tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

All you need is 5 SCD days between cheat days, so, while you're eating/drinking yourself into oblivion as the Patriots end with another Superbowl disappointment, you can start SCD again on Monday and still look forward to a Saturday cheat day next week.
I'll note I'm not a Giants fan, just a Patriots should always lose fan.

I don't think it necessarily matters if you take your cheat day on a Saturday or Sunday just as long as you have at least 5 non-cheat days in between them. I've changed my cheat days in the past (holidays) for this same idea, then returning back to my normal Saturday cheat day the next week.

This isn't much of an answer, but I'll be doing the same thing this week. I'm from Stoneham MA so needless to say I'm a pats fan and Ill be holding of on saturday so I can go nuts on sunday!

Just wait to start your cheat day until the game starts. When the Giants throw the ball all over the Pats D, you will lose your appetite and be OK
Suck it, John!
Let's go Giants woooo!!!
Hahahaha!! John you are just so funny!
I'm not a football fan, but I will celebrate the Super Bowl...ON SATURDAY!
I will happily eat my SCD meals on Sunday as it is "just another Sunday" for me.
Oh, almost forgot. @seismicMG Brady should play in his peacoat

Maybe we should start a thread about your anger issues? Brady and Belichick are 1st ballot HOFers. Get over it!
