No supplement summary?
I read the book and unless you are keeping a running summary you end up rereading everything over and over. Who has that kind of time?
Can someone point me to the summary of the supplements and dosages recommended? I think I read too many chapters at once as well. I am losing track of which were related to the workouts to lose weight in combination with slow carb diet and which were tied to the more intense workouts that you do some exercises until failure (I believe one of the supplements for the later was NO Explode).
Anyone have a cheatsheet for this stuff?!?!
