Is PB2 allowed on the SCD

I usually use that in my morning protein shake and haven't since starting this, but would prefer that over the vanilla powder that I have been adding for the additional protein.

I know that peanuts are not allowed, but I thought I 'd get some opinions before I use it.

Here's the nutritional info:

I would not recommend this protein powder just because sugar is an ingredient in the ingredients list. The point of SCD is to minimize insulin levels and insulin spikes, and insulin is the body's responds to sugars.

@theWizard found a good protein powder (egg) here.
