Blood sugar NEVER below 100?
When I first started SCD I took my blood sugar a few times and it was consistantly 70-90. It has only risen since. Now, day five, I'm always 100-120. And I have been following the diet religiously. No protein shakes, no gum ect. I can't find an oz. of sugar or carbs in my diet except in vegetables and beans. Even when I wake after 8-10 hours sleep and take my blood sugar before eating, it is 108, 110, 109. What could be causing this?

Try double checking your diet to spot any hidden sweeteners, sugars or carbs in your ingredients.
Otherwise, you may be eating too many carbs from legumes. You should be eating 1/2-3/4 a cup of beans a day to keep blood sugar steady and not spike it. It's all about getting the balance right.
If you're eating just protein and carbs, your blood sugar will be unsteadier too, so make sure you still have some fats in your diet from oils ( macadamia, olive, coconut), butter , avocados and animal fats.
This also ensures your calorie levels aren't too low. Like I said, getting the balance right is key. Your macro-nutrient ratios for each day should be 50% fat, 30-35% protein and 10-15% carbs.
Let's see if we can get that blood sugar lower!
