Thanks... it is really delicious and helps with foods cravings. My friends don't even know it is made form black beans and not flour.

black bean brownie
I use to make this as I couldn't eat flour. It consist of 1x tin blackbeans, 4 eggs, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, stevia to sweeten, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. You put all ingredients in a food processer and blend till smooth. Bake in an brownie tin. taste just like a brownie. Would this be allowed on SCD?

Thank you so much for posting this recipe! I made these last night and they were really good - and a nice way to shake up the usual SCD foods:) I do wish there were some sweetener we could use besides stevia - it always leaves such an odd taste. Xylitol maybe???

When I made it , I always used about 1/2 cup of Splenda, and a teaspoon of vanilla. We cannot use splenda on SCD so I asked about Stevia ... I have not made it with Stevia yet, so I will have to experiment to see how it turns out. I also use to add a few dark choclate chips.. not sure if we can on SCD. I will post the amount once I make it.
I added about two droppers of stevia - it's so sweet you don't need much. I tasted as I added - before I put the eggs in. Also I put in some cinnamon as an additional flavoring and sweetener.

I am not sure, I am so new on SCD, only started 3 days ago. Learning as I go. This site is very helpful though.
