A bet about losing weight.
Hello everyone.
My name is Frederik, I'm from Denmark and I'm 17 years old.
I'm 189 cm (6 feet, 2 inches) tall and weights 88 kgs (194 pounds).
I made a bet with a friend of mine, if I could lose 2 kgs in a month, because i needed some kind of motivation to get started losing weight. The thing is, that I only have 10 days left, and I haven't lost anything yet. I might actually have gained half a kg. I'm planning to follow the SCD very strictly, which I've done before. Back then I lost a kg a week, but that won't be enough this time, if I'll have to lose 2,5 kgs in 10 days. Is there anything else I can do, besides following the diet extremely strict?
Hope someone can help

You could try doing a guerilla cardio workout every morning before eating breakfast. You need however to be very effective in the morning to make it possible. You have to complete the workout and eat 30g of protein within 30 minutes of waking up. It is very effective though. I tried it myself one week after receiving a tip on cardio workout being extra effective in the morning. A guerilla cardio workout is very simple: 20 sek sprint (as fast and hard as possible) + 10 sek rest x 8. You´ll get exhausted! I could taste blood in my mouth the first morning! I lost 1,5 kg a week doing this - and i did this while I were on Occams drinking protein shakes.

^those are also known more widely as Tabata sequences. You can do any exercise 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, and repeat eight times. Each one takes 4 minutes so you can combine several different movements and produce a really hard workout that takes less than 20 minutes. Sprinting is the most brutal for sure in my opinion, but you can substitute burpees, pushups, squats, etc.
