Results from week 2!
Hi again!
So now i am done with my second week on SCD. I have to admit that when I first read about it I thought it was bullshit. I thought there was no way anyone could pull that of. Well Tim, it seems I was wrong. I HAVE lost 2,5 % body fat i 2 weeks (on the book cover it says you´ll loose two). I am really excited. This week I´m going to start doing the kettlebells swing aswell. I am allready looking forward to next Monday.
These are my measurements from the day before i started:
Right thigh: 57 cm
Left thigh: 57 cm
Hips: 95 cm
Waist: 87cm
Right bicep:31 cm
Left bicep: 31,5 cm
Weight: 76,9 kg
Fat %: 18,7 %
Fat mass: 14,4 kg
Muscle mass: 62,5 kg
Bone mass: 3,1 kg
BMI: 25,7
There are my measurements after two weeks:
Right thigh: 52,5 cm
Left thigh: 53 cm
Hips: 90 cm
Waist: 85 cm
Right bicep: 30,5 cm
Left bicep: 29,5 cm
Weight: 74,4 kg
Fat %: 16,2 %
Fat mass: 12,1 kg
Muscle mass: 62,3 kg
Bone mass: 3,1 kg
BMI: 24,9
I only have one question. My bloodsuger level drops and I get real tired every day around 2 o´clock (norwegian time - it´s between lunch and dinner). Is there any way to avoid this? Can i eat an energy/proteinbar or something to boost me up a few levels?

Nice results!
If you're blood sugar is dropping and you're feeling tired, you're not eating enough legumes; have more for lunch, or have four meals per day instead of three. Either way, try not to exceed 1.5 cups (350 mL) per day unless you are still feeling sluggish.
It's really difficult to find energy bars and protein bars that fit the diet, since they are almost always high in carbohydrates. Not to be preachy, but protein and energy bars also usually contain a lot of artificial ingredients.
Good luck and keep on going!
