Adding People to Teams

I think it would eliminate a lot of confusion if the whole idea of adding people to teams before their posts are visible were clearly explained before a user starts trying to post; maybe an explanation after they make their Member Intro?

Also, I think that a list of teams you are on should appear on the profile page.

    I'm not sure I even fully understand this whole team concept. What is the purpose? Sorry if I missed this somewhere, but a search of the site lead me nowhere. Excuse my noobishness.. :)
