How do upload my before pics here?
I want to post my before picture but 4hr people asked for the url. So how do i upload it up then?

upload it to a free image sharing website like photobucket or tinypic and then post the link to the image file
like this
[img]http:// www.example.com/example.jpg[/img]
Note: remove the space after "http:// "
