Couple Questions on Occams + G2F
Newbie here.. Started SCD 4 weeks ago and lost 8cm around my belly and dropped 8kg.. Really stoked with the results and I can finally see my beer belly disappearing lol..
Anyways I am switching to Occams + G2F to pack on some muscle.. I am using G2F exercises with Occams feeding and frequency..
What I need to know is:
Can I use almond powder instead of almond butter in my protein shakes?
Can I use milk powder to replace milk? The price of milk here is terrible...
