100 rep Warm up

Ladies and Gents, I find this very useful, a 100 rep warm up...i recently pulled a muscle in my back due to not warming up! Joint mobility and warm ups are very important so i thought id throw one on the table for you... (please vote as i would like to progress through to the next level on this site!!!!) Plus i have lots of other workouts to give :-)

10 x Hindu Press Ups

10 x Bootstrapper Squats

20 x alternate reverse lunges

20 x alternate side bends

20 x alternate cossacks

10 x Roll ups

10 x back extensions...

all with no rest... then train hard!
