Alt Training-Lazy Fitness-After a Stroke!
I had a stroke and found the Altitude Training (in a room or with a mask at sea level) was remarkable way to get fit again.
It also decrease likelihood of injury as you don't overtrain or overexert your muscle in this largely passive excercise.
I also found things like push-ups improved which was an added bonus.
Please try it. I think it is the MED or 80/20 for fitness.
