Before and After - Week 4
Checking in after my first month on SCD. I am really shocked at the difference in 4 short weeks.
Starting Stats(Aug 9 2011):

Current Stats (Sept 9 2011):

I think its funny that my right and left sides have balanced out. Cool!

I am starting week 3 and have not lost more than a couple of kilos. I do feel a little slimmer but seeing your photos gives me motivation to continue. I am not following EXACTLY how the book says but as you did, I am trying a few things here and there.
Breakfast within 30 minutes is difficult with my little boy but I am trying within an hour. I still use olive oil in my salads, butter with my veggies, cream with my coffee and tea, and 1 spoon of honey with a cup of tea at night. First week I tried a bunch of sausages with my eggs but I don't think I should so I switched to bacon... I also put a tiny bit of shaved parmesan on my eggs so I can eat them every day anyway lots of cheating...
Wow wow wow!!!! So glad you posted pics! Just looking at the numbers gives no sense of really how much a difference they make. Boy oh boy! You look fantastic! Rock on wit' yo' bad self! Your results are awesome. I'm currently in week 3 and wasn't going to take pics until week 6, but I just may have to take some to compare... Thank you for sharing these!

I started 2 weeks ago; lost 2 kilo's.Today is my second cheat day!
I am a 55 yr old woman who had children and I read that it takes the longest with us.... 4 - 6 weeks for real weight loss to kick in.
So I am satisfied with my 2 kilo's. I took pictures after 5 days and after 13 days. Don't dare to show them yet.....
did you do 60-90 seconds air squads etc. before and after meals on you cheat days? and/or use extra precautions like drinking lemon juice before/during meals?
I'm so happy you posted these pictures. I am looking for some motivation since I keep starting the diet but falling off after merely a week! (can't get off the cheat day)
Anyway, your body type is just like mine (even sharing the same measurements) so I'm very excited to look like your "after" picture
