when to take No-Xploe

In the book, he says he takes it in the morning. But I thought this was the kind of drink you take before a work out.

He says to take 2 scoops in the morning and I follow it but from my research I do believe the intention is to kick start your metabolism first thing so that the body is wide awake and processing food asap. I should note that I think that he recommends the BSN NO-Xplode for the caffeine/creatine content as no-x has never been scientifically prove to aid in muscle growth.
