I read into your link, and followed with more research into this due to I have taken Green Tea for a long time.
The research is very misleading and doesn't really constitute how it would affect humans considering it was performed on non-living rats. They used the cells or something to that affect with intravenous injections. No human would do that.
There are many more studies done showing that green tea promotes fat loss and the ability to grow lean muscle. Think, every fat burner known to man has green tea in it. If that is the case then every bodybuilder out there would be a weak little girl because of all the green tea.
My Advice, follow the directions on the bottle and you will see the benefits of it. Good luck.
