I have been on SCD for about two weeks and LOVE it. How did I live so long without it?
I'm 29 year old female that is 5'5" and started at 240. I know, HUGE! I use to be a competitive swimmer and had to quit (long story) but then I made the mistake of replacing hours of training with being lazy and eating. Oy vey! But now I'm much older and wiser and on the right track!
So far I've lost 9 pounds and 7.5 inches. Everyday I have been learning and adjusting and reading so I was totally stoked to see this forum. I've been reading and rereading the book so much I'm glad there is a place where I can see what others are going through and take the best advice along. Looking forward to sharing!

I am also similar, I am a 33 year old mom of 2, 5'3", and had a starting weight of 215. I have been slowly beginning the SCD for about a month, but have not been strict. I have not weighed myself, but I do feel lighter and better. I would love to travel this journey with others, and share tips, success's, questions!
