Minimize binge day damage with prunes
i discovered that I feel 100% better the day after binge day if I eat 100-200gr prunes (depending on body size) as my last snack on binge day.
Tim suggest using caffeine as a mild laxative, but that doesn't work for me. I hate feeling bloated and sluggish post binge day and prunes have seemed to fix that problem. They eliminate any possible constipation and also reduce the amount of water weight you retain.
Has anyone else experimented with this?
Oops, Apparently, I did not eat enough prunes to get the "effect". I'm going to try more next Saturday. I think I wound up maybe getting 6-8 down my gullet and stopped. Also, I ate them really late at night!
My weight gain was the same as last week, but it is coming off sooner.
Next week will be a better guage also with TOM being past and not looming on the horizon.
