Stumbled upon this by accident..or did I?
My name is Angi and I had just started doing ShaunTs Insanity workout when I went to Borders and found this book by accident. I took it home and read all the chapters that pertained to me that first night! I started the diet three days later. Tims suggested being on the diet for at least five days before having a cheat day. My cheat day is Thursday because of my work schedule. I work every weekend and Wed/Thur are the days my hubby and I have off together. So cheat day will always be somewhere around there. My starting weight was 231.7 and I'm 5'9" tall. I lost almost 2 pounds in the first week and it wasn't even a whole 7 days. I'm not hungry. I don't get cravings. I don't feel deprived. It was so much easier to stick to it than I thought it would be. I'm excited! I had gastric bypass two years ago and I wanted to lose 160 lbs. I lost 100 and stopped. I want to lose those last 60 pounds or more if my body allows it. This forum has a lot of great information and I look forward to making some new friends here.
