I cannot reiterate this more- Tim Ferris is da man, Tim Ferris is awesome! I would gladly serve as a personal butler for free for the man for months just to gain more of his wisdom.

Measurements
the following stats were measured using a Zelmer Balance diagnostic scale every morning after the loo

I am not promoting this scale above similar scales- indeed the first one that I got was broken so I had to replace it- the cool thing about such scales though is that they are very inexpensive- I got mine for around 30-40$ - and while they might not be uber accurate, they are consistent and that's what's really important.
My diet:
At first I went on the low carb diet- I mainly cut out everything white, all sugary soft drinks, etc- at first this was hard but it did work at first, later though I had to add in quantity reduction- to reliably loose weight there days I have to eat a salad in the morning and that's it for the day. it's hard but you get used to it and it works. I think many people have a "fear of hunger" - every time someone feels even a tad hungry, like I used to, I used to almost get a panic attack like "oh noes I'm gonna die of hunger if I don't eat this extra sammich!" - and this was when I was still heavy. You have to gradually ween your body of a fat mans food volume and eat like a thin man would to be thin.
An additional note regarding bowel movements- I used to have them like once every 1-2 days- these days it's more like every 5-6 days. At first I found this disturbing and even took laxatives but I now am used to it - one less inconvenience in life- I do not feel congested or anything like that it's just new.
Exercise: I got meself a used 24kg kettlebell for like 30-40$ which was an awesome deal, I also do the 2 exercises Tim Ferris Recommended- nothing original here. Also just recently I got my first ever full time job and it has a barbell and my boss trains me a bit so that's epic. These days I can do about 50kb swings- really epic for the cardio
FINALLY MY QUESTION:
Should I continue this way to like 11% bodyfat or should I start eating more right now? I know I shouldn't trust BMI and my fat level is completly safe atm - 14% - but still.
Feel free to leave any comments you like but do answer the above question only if you truly know what you are talking about and haven't just finished the book or stumbled upon this forum.
