As a rule of thumb I usually take a break from PAGG the day after the binge day, in my case on Sundays. That's when I have the least inclination to eat, so since my daily caloric intake is probably the lowest on that day, that's the day when PAGG is needed the least. PAGG is designed to prevent your body from storing excess carbs as fat, so I find that the day when you eat the least amount of food is the best day to take off.
On the contrary, taking off on your cheat day is probably the worst day to not take PAGG, so as long as you pick any other day, you should be fine!
