Ground hemp seed
I have discovered a great source for fresh organic hemp seed, and had ground it to make a shake. It is way better for my digestive system than whey etc. Is hemp seed allowed?

I hope it's allowed. Hemp is a great source of protein! A friend told me about the hemp hearts she found at Costco, and I've been sprinkling it on my salad - delish!

Any feedback from others who have tried hemp protein? The "70" protein powder from the place I linked to looks like it should be SCD compliant.
