Away from the desk, reclaiming my body
I'm 28 (almost 29) and just left my day job in February.
I spent 3 years working at a desk for the first time in my life and managed to gain 80 lbs. with a completely sedentary lifestyle -- I was NOT designed to sit down for 12 hours a day, that's for sure!
I recently got 4HB for Kindle and decided it was worth experimenting with. Just finished week 1 and I'm 2.5 lbs. down at 2 inches down... that's with a cheat meal other than "binge day" because I was traveling and didn't plan carefully enough. Looking forward to some results!
