Allowed foods v. Bad foods
I've been searching for a list just like the one on here. Great work! Thanks! You just made my efforts so much easier. I am a 2x daily soy latte junkie. Been doing black espresso for b'fast and an unsweetened almond milk latte (not really a latte...i'm using about 1/2 a cup of the almond stuff) at lunch. Couldn't find any definitive answers on whether unsweetened almond milk was ok in moderation anywhere on the net....THANK YOU.
