Member intro: Ben!
My name is Ben and I am an assistant instructor under the Thai Boxing Association under Khun Kru Ryan Gruhn and I train at Central PA Mixed Martial Arts in State College, PA (Penn State). I stumbled across the 4 Hour Body 2 months ago. Been doing the Slow Carb Diet for about a month and that in combination with training has resulted in a 25 lbs drop in body weight over 2.5 months.
I'll humbly contribute what knowledge I have to the community and I hope to read some good stuff too!
