What is a team?

Fair question. Team is part of the new feature set that will come out soon (once I catch some time to finish it up). People can group up in teams around same goals, body weight, location - however they please. In short to make it more fun and more useful for everybody.

Teams have coaches (person that let you in) - these are more experienced members that lead team and help team members out. There is couple of other fun features related to the teams, but dont want to jinks it by talking too much and coding little. Stay tuned, they will be coming out soon.

Well, I hope I don't get it wrong, but as far as I can see, I'm not on a team but I can post things and answer to questions...

Could 1 of you two please add me to your team? I'm still floating around in purgatory and need to get my acct approved so I can access the further stages of the 6 pack challenge that I'm beginning this monday.

I have the same question. After researching and writing an answer, and finding it won't be posted . . . I'm discouraged and not particularly interested in further posting. I've been an outsider all my life and have no desire to play those games on a so-called support forum.
