Before & After
Hi All. I've been on SCD since about mid-April. I haven't been keeping track of inches or lbs, rather I've just been going by how stuff fits. As long as my pants are getting bigger, I'm happy!
In the past month I have started Kettlebell Swings and Jogging. So far I am down three sizes and I think around 22 lbs. The photo on the left was the week I started, back in April. The photo on the right I took this morning. I hadn't been able to wear those pants or that top in over 2 years so it feels pretty good to put them on and realize that not only do they fit, they're actually loose!
