100 lbs in 208 days.
This is more of a Before/During than Before/After cuz I'm nowhere near finished!
Starting Weight 12/15/10 - 429
Todays Weight 07/10/11 - 328.8
I have 4HB to thank for it. Lots of kettlebells, walking and intermittent fasting.
I feel *fantastic* and can't wait to see where I end up by the end of the year.
Update 8/19/2011, Day 248: Thank you everyone for the support and kind words! After losing the 100 lbs I lost control a few days, I was working so hard and I needed to let off some steam. Weight went up and took me a couple weeks to get back to where I was. Past that now, at 113 lbs lost. You can track my progress on my.
WOW! That's awesome man! Congratulations!
I'm curious if you could share how your first few weeks/months went and what you might have originally done wrong and how you corrected course (if anything, of course).
I always see success stories, which are fantastic, but as someone who's constantly adjusting how I incorporate the 4HB to get the desired results -- be it from lack of understanding what I'm doing wrong or whatever -- I always appreciate hearing what others did when they started and how they ultimately got it under control.
If you could share that with us, that would be fantastic!
And again, way to go! Keep up the great work!
can i ask you some questions over email? i started about the same time as you but have only lost about 50 pounds. in the past month i have pretty much completely stalled. I would love to get some feedback about what you did and compare them to my less successful methods (whatever they may be).
congratulations on your progress, i hope to do the same.......
congrats man! that's really inspiring. i have a question about your post. what do mean that you do "intermittent fasting?" i would just like to know why and what is the benefit? i don't remember seeing anything about fasting in the book, so i'm really curious about it.
also, what is your kettlebell routine? how often do you do it, and how many reps/set?
i appreciate your time to answer my questions.
good luck and keep up the great work buddy.
