I started the SCD and PAGG supplements about three week ago and haven't seen much weight lose. Would it be ok to incorporate CLA with my daily PAGG and Cissis on Cheat day?
I have about 10-15 lbs to lose, and I'm trying to get cut. (was 280 lbs in High School)

CLA is just a free fatty acid, typically found in red meat, so there shouldn't be any problem combining it with other supplements. The only people who need to monitor their intake of CLA are those who have a digestive disorder that doesn't let them break down fats normally, like if you have had your gallbladder removed. That would also apply to fish oil, cod liver oil, etc.
