4th week of SCD and I have gained weight, why?
I am in my fourth week of the slow card diet and have gained weight. I am not convinced it is muscle as my jeans are too tight so I can only assume it's volume, ie fat. My body fat percentage is the same.
I am really not sure what I am doing wrong? Perhaps I am cooking with too much oil... is that a factor?
The first week of the diet I drank wine in the evenings but have now omitted that completely as I saw no change and thought perhaps that was the cause. So I have been 3 weeks without wine except for cheat days.
I do eat a lot. Not sure if maybe I am eating too much protein and fat....? Please, any help would be appreciated. I am starting to feel a little panicky that I have invested so much time and effort with no results.
