Hi Chrome, Thanks for your answer. I think I MAY finally be seeing some results. My jeans are still tighter than when I started but for the first time yesterday seemed to 'give' a bit. I don't have a lot of weight to lose... approximately 5-7kg is my goal.
Maybe when there isn't too much weight to lose it takes longer to adjust? My body fat percentage is at 29% and I would love to come down to 18%. I can post pictures of my progress but it's difficult to see any change in the photo's.




- perhaps share a typical day of your diet so we can look and provide feedback/suggestions. also how much weight have you lost since you started?










I guess it would be about 4-5 slices of back bacon
Haven't checked for sugar but will next time I buy!
