2 month Update with pics
So i started at 200lbs before starting the four hour body. I didn't measure my body fat just because for one I totally believed that this diet would work and also I could tell i was losing body fat just by the way my clothes started to fit. My first mistake i made on this diet was doing steak for lunch and beef for dinner for the next two weeks. It was just too much for me to handle have two types of beef in the same day. But I did lose weight and stuck to the meal plan for the first two weeks then changed it to something more reasonable.
But for the first month I just did the slow carb diet with ice packs and the PAGG stack and i ended up losing 17 lbs for the first month. The next month I incorporated the perfect posture work out and continued everything else. I am using a 25lbs kettleball which i think i could use more weight but haven't had the time or the money to get a heavier wieght. But here I am at the end of my two months at 175lbs and loving every minute of it. The thing I love most is that I have become addicted to losing weight. I have learned how to cook some really good foods. I have a BBQ sauce recipe that is really good and not bad for our diet. I will post the recipe on here sometime. Just everything about this experience has totally made me healthier and a better person in general. If I could give TIM FERRIS a big man hug i would because I am loving life. Right now I am going to up my kettle ball weight and just continue with everything else. I want to get down into the 165lbs to 155lbs range. So here is some photos of me before and after.

I have this huge desire to reach out to people that are skeptical about this diet and unmotivated to lose weight just because they are lazy. The slow carb diet was one of the easy diets I have ever done and I want everyone to know that so I started a website called www.lazyweight.com. There I am trying to go into greater detail with my experience with my personal battles and discovering how I can eat tastier foods on this diet. I am extremely proud of what I have accomplished and I want everyone to know how easy it is for them to accomplish it.

Great job! Your face looks great too. This diet really trims your face and neck too; have you all noticed?

you are right about weight loss becoming a bit addicting. But I would encourage you to shift your focus to muscle building now. 150 lbs is sort of "scrawny" based upon your height. Let your measurements be your fuel going forward and not just the scale.

Wow that's awesome progress...Where along are you now with your goals? I'm hoping for similar results as you so far 3 weeks in and down 8 lbs, but def have put some lbs on with hitting the gym and working out. I can defintely feel the difference in my muscles and the increase in weights I have made over the past 3 weeks, really getting back the lost muscle I had from taking about 3-4 month break from the gym.
Keep it up man!
