kettlebell swing- only twice a week??
Right, I've just gotten myself a 24 Kg (as in Kilogram- I know you people like to use weird units like lb's and pounds n stuff) - anyhow, I've done 75 reps of the kettlebell swing on tuesday (took 2 several-minute breaks)- however, why only twice a week? it's thursday now and I don't really feel like I need to "rest" or anything- will it be terribly awful if I do the swing every second day or so?
Also note: I was very lucky cause I got a used kettlebell for around 30-40$ - new kettlebells are expensive! they are not ipods people- old ones are good also!!

Best thing to do is try the 2 days as stated for 2 weeks and see what the results are, then add a few more days and see if your results have improved, stayed the same or decreased.
This is what im doing currently with the Occam's protocol workout routine.

Even though you don't feel tired doing too much exercise can actually set you back. I'm currently doing the Kiwi workouts on mondays and fridays, with a few changes due to lack of pull up bar. On Wednsdays I do flying dog, glut raises, kettlebell swings, and myotatic crunchs. Take at least a one day break. I like to keep my weekends free for just relaxing and going for a 3-5 hour walk (really great to clear your mind after a long week)
